Airports & Transit

Landmark-scale public spaces, delivered inside non-negotiable schedules.

Airports, transit hubs and landmark public spaces where install windows are rigid and multiple principal contractors need to coordinate. Our manufacturing scale and project discipline fit this brief.

Track record

Recent airport & transit work.

A focused book of landmark-scale work. Each project demanded production capacity, sequencing discipline and multi-stakeholder coordination.

  • Noida International Airport · Jewar

Ceiling-scale terminal lighting for one of India's largest new airport builds. Delivered inside a critical-path construction window. View case study →

  • NMIAL · Navi Mumbai Airport Lounges

Ongoing — premium lounge lighting and finish coordination for the Navi Mumbai International Airport development.

  • LGBI Airport · Terminal 2 (Guwahati)

Terminal-scale lighting package at Lokapriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport — public area and commissioning.

  • The Roseate Hotel · Jewar Airport (ongoing)

Bird Group hospitality within the airport envelope. Full lighting package currently in production.

Why this sector fits us

What airport briefs actually require.

Airports are not big hotels. The operational constraints are fundamentally different. Four things that matter more here than almost anywhere else.

  • i

Large manufacturing capacity under one roof

Airport ceilings run in hundreds of linear metres. Production has to scale without relying on unverified sub-suppliers.

  • ii

    Pre-assembled modules for install speed

Fixtures are built at the factory, tested assembled, then shipped ready to install. Site time is minimised because site time is the scarcest resource.

  • iii

    Multi-stakeholder coordination

Design team, principal contractor, airport authority, MEP engineers. The lighting vendor has to coordinate across all four without the client having to manage it.

  • iv

    Client-engineer-attended factory QC

For airport-scale work, QC at the factory (not at site) is the only way to catch issues before install. Client engineers are invited to attend.

Adjacent capability

Airport-adjacent landmark spaces.

The same operating capability applies to a small number of landmark public spaces. Our recent book:

  • Commerce Ministry of India · Delhi

Full lighting package for the Vanijya Bhawan complex — institutional scale, ceremonial spaces, technical integration.

  • Surat Diamond Bourse

World's largest office building — lighting package delivered across common areas with landmark-scale logistics.

  • Chief Minister's House · Delhi

Residential-grade bespoke lighting at state scale, delivered to formal occupancy timeline.
