Studio Anasa is a hospitality execution partner based in India, with operations in Noida, Moradabad and Firozabad. This policy applies to personal information we collect through www.studioanasa.com and through direct business communications with us.
What we collect
When you get in touch with us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company, role and a description of the project you're inquiring about. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, payment details or information from children.
Our website uses standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, page visits) for security and performance purposes. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver projects, send relevant updates during an engagement, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share information only as required to deliver a project — for example, with our production teams, logistics partners, or, with your permission, with third-party consultants or client-side teams you have asked us to coordinate with. We also share information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We retain business records for the durations required by Indian tax, accounting and commercial law. Inquiry emails that don't convert to a project are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to our legal retention obligations. Email Sales@studioanasa.com with "Privacy — Data Request" in the subject line, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We apply reasonable security measures to protect personal information — including access controls on internal systems, secure email handling, and restricted physical access to our offices and factories. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee absolute security.

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent update. Material changes will be notified through a clear notice on the site.
