Capabilities

Built, tested and shipped — under one roof.

Our work lives or dies inside the factory. Two manufacturing units — metal and glass — supported by ten associated plants, an in-house assembly floor, and a technical team that owns CAD through commissioning.

Core capabilities

Everything that happens between design and installed site.

Each of the following is handled in-house. No consignment manufacturing, no unverified sub-suppliers, no chain that blurs ownership.

i.

Engineering & CAD

Full shop-drawing translation from design intent — load calculations, electrical diagrams, finish specifications, assembly sequencing.

ii.

Metalwork

Brass, aluminium, mild steel. In-house cutting, forming, welding, brazing, powder coat and antique-brass finishing.

iii.

Glass & resin

Blown, cast and hand-worked glass. Resin as a structural and decorative material — first delivered on the P63 Vineyards project.

iv.

Fabric & shades

Linen, cotton and bespoke-weave shades — double-fabric constructions, plated shades, hand-stitched finishes.

v.

Electricals

E27, LED strip, 2700K–4000K tuning. Driver specification, dimming integration (DALI, 0–10V, TRIAC), factory testing.

vi.

Finishing

Antique brass, matt black, powder coat, marine-grade treatments. Swatches approved before batch release.

vii.

Assembly & QC

Every fixture assembled and lit before leaving the factory. Return rate held below 0.5% for three consecutive years.

viii.

Site installation & AMC

Owned install teams for hanging, commissioning and focusing. Annual maintenance contracts on request.

Technical integration

European-standard factory practice — built for export.

We OEM for premium global lighting brands. That means our factories run to export-grade compliance, with dimming, tunability and electrical standards that hold up across geographies.

Electrical & control

  • DALI, 0–10V, TRIAC and Casambi dimming protocols.
  • Tunable white (2700K–4000K) and fixed CCT options.
  • CE, RoHS and UL-compliant driver options on request.
  • Factory burn-in and dimming curve test before dispatch.

Materials & finish

  • Brass (solid, plated, patinated), stainless, aluminium, mild steel.
  • In-house powder coating, electroplating and antique treatments.
  • Blown glass, cast glass, resin, fabric, marble and onyx components.
  • Swatch approval mandatory before any bulk production release.
Adjacent disciplines

Not just lighting. Furniture, surfaces and objects when the brief needs it.

Roughly 80% of our output is furniture, 12% lighting and 8% décor and surfaces. On hospitality projects where the brief extends beyond a pure lighting package, we can carry the broader scope through the same factory and same project leadership.

01

Furniture

  • Rooms & suites — case goods, upholstery
  • F&B — dining, lounge, banquet
  • Public area — reception, lobby anchors
  • Outdoor-rated specification available
02

Surfaces

  • Architectural wall panels
  • Decorative mosaic & metal inlay
  • Marble, onyx and engineered stone
  • Custom patterns — design to manufacture
03

Objects & décor

  • Sculptural wall pieces
  • Ceramic, metal and glass objects
  • Signage and brand hardware
  • Gift-suite accessories
Quality

Why our return rate is < 0.5%.

A low return rate is not the result of inspection. It is the result of decisions made weeks earlier — in CAD, in mockup, in finish approval. Inspection only confirms that those decisions held.

Swatch before batch.

No bulk production starts until physical finish swatches are signed off. This single discipline removes more quality issues than any inspection protocol can.

Mockup before tooling.

We build working mockups before investing in tooling. If the mockup review raises structural or finish issues, they get fixed once — not on 400 pieces.

Assembled & lit before dispatch.

Every fixture is fully assembled and illuminated inside the factory before it ships. Electricals are burned in. Dimming curves verified. Shipping damage aside, what arrives is what was tested.

Factory visits welcome.

Clients and consultants are encouraged to visit mid-production. Transparency is easier than explanation.

Factory access

Would you like to walk the factory?

Our Noida and Moradabad units are open to clients, designers and PMCs on scheduled visits. Seeing the production floor is often the fastest way to answer the execution question.
