The finish on year three should look like day one.
What happens after handover. Our Annual Maintenance Contract protects the project — covering parts, servicing, commissioning, and the small fixes that keep hospitality lighting looking right.
Lighting is a commissioned asset — not a delivery.
In hospitality, the lighting is part of what the guest experiences. A failed driver, a dimming curve drifting, a finish tarnishing — all small issues individually, all visible to a guest. The AMC exists to keep the install looking the way it did on opening night.
Scheduled servicing
Quarterly or half-yearly (client's choice) visits to inspect, clean and service every fixture. Dimming calibrations verified, drivers tested, finishes inspected.
Parts & driver replacement
Drivers, LED components, small hardware replaced under warranty. Parts shipped from our factory — same spec as original, no compromise substitutions.
Remote diagnostic support
Hotel engineering teams can call our AMC desk during business hours for remote troubleshooting. Issues that can be resolved over the phone, are.
On-site response
For issues that need hands-on fixing, we dispatch an install lead. Response windows are agreed at contract stage based on property location.

How AMC is priced.
AMC is quoted per project, based on the scope of the original install, the property's location, and the level of coverage chosen. A short explanation of the drivers.
Priced against the install scope
AMC pricing is typically quoted as a percentage of the original project value, with the percentage varying by coverage level and property location. Full quotes are shared at contract stage.
Annual or multi-year contracts
Single-year contracts are standard. Three-year contracts are available at a discount, and lock in serviced stability across the period when AMC matters most — the first years after handover.
No-surprises pricing
Coverage inclusions are agreed upfront. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately before execution, never charged after the fact.
